Vladimir Kozlov has been defeated.?

I went to a house show in Glens Falls, NY this past Sunday and Jeff Hardy was put into a match against Vladimir Kozlov. Hardy was getting beaten badly, and when he started to win Matt Hardy came out. Matt was standing on the apron and Jeff moved just in time for Matt to get headed in the chest by Kozlov. Jeff hit a Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb and pinned Kozlov. He got the three count and he was announced the winner. Watching RAW tonight I realized they still refer to Vladimir Kozlov as undefeated. Makes me wonder how many other times he has actually been beaten. Does anyone know why they exclude non-televized events even though they are actual matches?
