I reroofed half of my roof with plywood the slick side up.?

Is this a big deal? I only put about 6-8 nails in each board. I have not put any shingles or anything down yet. Should I try to pull them up and put the rough side up or are there other options? Let me know. I heard the slick side has to be down and it has some kind of moisture resistant stuff on it.
