Freshwater fish slime?

is there a way i can extract the slime off of fish...well at least enough to get like a few teaspoons full of slime... what if i use a sponge and wipe the fish down? or if i just use my hand and keeps rubbing the fish till my hands get full of slime?... please help and any sujestions?
