Infiniti g35, BMW m3, or BMW 330ci.. Which is better car for 16 year old?

I am planning on buying a car in 2 to 3 months and i have narrowed it down to these three choices: 2003 Infiniti G35 coupe, 1999-2001 BMW M3, and 2001-2002 BMW 330ci. I want to know which is the best all around car for a new driver and which is better to buy with a 16k budget that I saved up.
