Everyone is saying this guy likes me, he doesnt act like it....how can i tell?

hes always making fun of me and when we go to do a project in school, when the teacher like picks partners when she says his name...people always go "ooo maybe youll get her" and point at me and wink. Its weird. wouldnt i be able to tell?
