What do you think? Any past experiences?

I finally got myself to call a reproductive endocrinologist....and so far i'm very pleased! Monday I will be having an IUI...my first correctly timed one! A little hx...I took provera this cycle and began my period on 10/10/10...took femara 2.5mg days 4-8...had an ultrasound on day 4,for baseline (no cysts noted this time!). Had an ultrasound on day 11, showed some small follicles and one measureable at 11mm. Went again today (cd 14) for another ultrasound and showed one follicle 23mm and anther at 13mm both in left ovary! Tonight I will give myself an ovidrel injection, and we go for IUI on monday morning. So far, my estradiol is normal...everything has been normal. Any words of hope? Anyone get lucky with a 23mm (or close) follicle? I'm so sick of dissapointment, I could use some encouraging words. Thanks!
