Surprised that the Colts are favored by 7?

Indianapolis is the number 3 seed in the AFC, and yet they are favored by 7 (as of Sunday, 1/28) over the number 1 seed in the NFC, Chicago. Does this seem surprising to anyone, and what do you think the outcome will be?
